This is a large studio located on the top of the owner's residence. It is well equipped, furnished, clean and has a large bath/shower area. It is located at the top of the hill taking the road directly across from Bolongo Hotel, restaurants, bars and Beaches. Close to town, groceries, medical, shopping, laundry, etc. There are nice breezes here. NO PETS. $1500 monthly rent.... Water and electric are included, but if the bill runs over $500, the tenant is responsible to pay anything over the $500.
